 Welcome to the May Newsletter.
This month we are highlighting some of the events going on around Berkshire:

Kinect: You are the controller: On the 10th of May the IET group are putting on an event about Microsoft’s Kinect for the Xbox 360. This event will talk about how for the first time there is now controller-free gaming through full-body skeletal tracking without the need for a motion tracking studio or a suit covered in ping-pong balls. Second life: On the 24th of May meet at 7.30 London time at the virtual BCS offices on the Bangor University campus in Second Life. The secret location will be notified to all members of the Second Life group BCS The Chartered Institute for IT and will be announced at the virtual BCS meeting.
